Trial Procurement Support
Buy your first credit, together.
You want to buy carbon credits but don't know where to start, or whether internal approval will go through. We accompany your first purchase to the end, and leave you able to buy on your own next time.
Our Stance
Where we stand
We hold no inventory and take no fees from sellers (referral fees are zero). We are paid a fixed fee by the client company, and nothing else.
That is why we think only from the buyer's side.
Deliverables
What you receive
- 01
Candidate comparison
Which types of credit, from where, at what price. J-Credits, JCM, and overseas removal (CDR) side by side, every figure with its source. We add a recommended first purchase and the reasons, matched to your purpose and volume.
- 02
Introductions to sellers
For the candidates you choose, we organize the contacts, sit in on negotiations, and confirm terms with you. We take no referral fees from sellers.
- 03
Contract and retirement, to the end
From checking the key points of the contract, to receiving the credits in the registry, to completing retirement (using them up so they cannot be used twice).
- 04
An internal procurement manual
An internal manual finished to your own rules, so your team can buy on its own next time.

Internal procurement manual
- Overall flow
- Seven stages from confirming purpose to disclosure and record-keeping, with who does what by when.
- Getting approval
- A template for the approval request, and where to keep answers to the questions you will actually be asked (why this credit, is the price fair, reputational risk, what if it fails). Approval routes included.
- Contract and ordering checklist
- Checking the seller, defining delivery, handling delays, a representation against double counting, refund terms.
- From receipt to retirement
- Confirming the registry account, transfer, filing for retirement, keeping evidence, and agreeing the accounting treatment in advance.
- Writing it into disclosure
- What to write and what not to (avoiding claims like "net zero"), and keeping compliance use and voluntary use separate.
- Ledger and review
- A per-purchase record format and a review sheet for the first purchase, so the next round improves.
